Formal bankruptcy proceedings were authorised by the Probate Court of Kolding this past Monday 6 July and the company is thus now formally in bankruptcy.

No proceeds are expected for the shareholders.

All indications of interest in relation to purchasing the Company's assets and all enquiries in relation to any claim by a creditor of the Company should be directed to Claus Bennetsen and Boris Frederiksen, the court appointed administrators at

EuroTrust A/S ("EuroTrust" or the "Company")

DELISTING FROM AIM AND RESIGNATION OF ERNST HOFFMANN

On 24 November 2008, the Company announced that due to significant financial difficulties, it had filed for a period of Suspension of Payments under Danish law. Following the announcement, the court appointed supervisors to the Company and EuroTrust's shares were suspended from trading on AIM.

EuroTrust today announces that the Company’s shares have been delisted from AIM on 21 May 2009. The Company’s shares can therefore not be traded through AIM any longer. The shares have been delisted as the Company did not appoint a new nominated adviser and broker.

The Company could not appoint a new nominated advisor and broker as the shares automatically would have been delisted from trading on AIM on the 24 May 2009 as the Company on 24 May 2009 would have had suspended payments for a period of 6 months.

The Company is continuing the process of divesting the assets and have as of today completed the transaction with the Polish Windfarm (“Karcino”) which was announced 18 March 2009 to the Danish utility Dong Energy.

Ernst Hoffmann (Non-Executive Director of the Company) has resigned with immediate effect due to personal reasons
